29th Poland International Education Fair PERSPEKTYWY 23-24 February, 2018
Dear Exhibitors,
Kindly find the attached list of Exhibitors taking part in the 29th Poland International Education Fair. We also invite you to participate in the accompanying events, especialy Opening, which will take place at Marmurowa hall at 12 p.m.
We would like to inform all the exhibitors that the stands are located in the main halls of the Palace of Culture and Science. The Organizer reserves the right to the stands’ location.
Please check your description in e-catalogue. Those who haven’t send us catalogue entry description yet are requested to do it immediately. Assembly of the stand shall take place on 22nd February 2018 from 5.00 p.m. till 7.30 p.m. During these hours the Exhibitors can register, receive badges, materials and sign for the stand at the Organizer’s Office. Exhibitors are not allowed to put stickers on the Palace columns or damage the stand back walls, fixing decorations with nails, screws etc.
Between 23rd-24th March, the Exhibitors can leave their valuable objects at the security deposit, which is free of charge. Please note that on Thursday (22.02) the security deposit is unavailable.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for the transport of materials – please check with your shipping agent.

- February 22, 2018: 5.00 – 7.30 p.m.
- February 23, 2018: 8.00 – 9.00 a.m.
Freight elevators are available in the following periods:
- 22 February 2018: 11.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.
- 23 February, 2018: 7.30 a.m – 9.00 a.m.
- 24 February 2018: 3.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.
